Following the success of their Mercury winning debut album, Alt J returned with ‘This is All Yours’. The band wanted to target a credible metropolitan crowd of media savvy early adopters as well as a crossover crowd who had picked up on their debut. Cautious of overexposure and keen to keep a sense of discovery for the audience, poster formats had to be impactful but not overwhelming.
We delivered a sustained campaign of small and medium backlit and digital formats, targeting key musical and cultural areas in major cities, along with transport networks across the country. These illuminated formats delivered unmissable impact and showcased the standout creative of the album sleeve.
Each stage of the campaign was marked with appropriate formats, from pre-release to charting at number 1, the Christmas retail period and finishing 4 months after release with super high profile digital billboards to publicise the two Brits nominations the album picked up.
